President of CEDIP has
changed
Daniel Mercier is handing-over his frontposition after 14 years of best work for CEDIP to the next generation. |

A new directors committee was elected in the general assembly in Munich,
25th March 2006, for a two-years period. Daniel Mercier finished his official functions as president of CEDIP after 14 years of highly motivated and excellent work. He has been elected as honorary president with a unanimous voice by the members for lifetime. The new president give him his special thanks in the name of all, for doing a splendid job and hope he will supply Cedip with his extensive experience in future. Konrad Hitzfelder located in Austria has been elected in this function (EOBV-CEDIP director committee member since 2002). Presentation of the new president : - Fiscal officer - Diver since 1978, part of a diving task force for 27 years. - Leader of a diving task force. - Chief instructor at training courses for diving instructors of the diving task force. - Owner of a diving school. - Expert court advisor for diving The first priority of work in the next 2 years. will be the growing of our association, just as to preserve our standards. A further target is the implementation and juridical recognition by the local committees for the individual countries.
